Product description
Based on the ingenuity and pioneering spirit of Alfred Kleinbongartz, the universal tractors with sliding, always parallel drawbars of the 20+ series get a functional upgrade. Operating comfort and user-friendliness take centre stage. Specifically, the following optimisations have been implemented: For even more flexibility when pulling, the tractor range has been extended by two sizes (20-0+ and 20-00+). This creates a clamping range of 0 to 350 mm and a maximum tractive force of 2.5 to 8.5 tonnes for external pullers. To increase the load capacity, the tractors are equipped with reinforced shoulders, creating a stable H-profile. This is thanks to the newly thought-out, innovative construction of the Bridge, which guarantees maximum stability even at high traction forces. Above the Bridge, as an orientation aid, there is a scale for even shifting of the towing hooks, enabling safe adjustment of the hooks. Below the Bridge is another six-digit number in addition to the part number of the Bridge for reorders. The first three digits indicate which spindle is compatible with the Bridge. The last three digits (xxx) indicate the variable spindle length, which varies between 85 mm and 600 mm depending on the version. In addition to mechanical spindles with a different thread length, grease hydraulic spindles can also be used - depending on the size of the tractor - as part of a Hydraulic Upgrade for light and controlled pulling of particularly stuck parts. An additional advantage are the two eyelets on the side of the Bridge for attaching a Safety Spring (Series 660), which additionally secures the tractor and ensures safe fixation during work or storage. The 2-arm universal pullers with quickly adjustable and robust Standard puller hooks are used for particularly safe pulling of bearings, gears and discs in all common sizes for craft, workshop and industry. With these, any part that is on a shaft and freely accessible from outside can be loosened. By simply reversing the tow hooks, the pullers can also be used as internal pullers.
